- ShippedAssembles a Florida plan from the reader's own questionnaire answers — a Will-Based Plan (Last Will & Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive & Living Will, HIPAA Release & Authorization) or a Trust-Based Plan (Last Will & Testament, Revocable Living Trust, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive & Living Will, HIPAA Release & Authorization); a couples plan prepares one set for each spouse.
- ShippedThe questionnaire keeps unfinished answers in the browser tab for up to two hours (and, only if the reader chooses, on this device for seven days) and offers them back after a refresh or a sign-in — nothing is sent until the reader saves (Phase 16, M-1602).
- ShippedDelivers Word and PDF renditions with the execution (signing) instructions, the self-proving affidavit and the Florida formalities per document.
- ShippedSeals every delivery as a canonical artifact with a verifiable receipt hash (the /verify page).
Limits
- Florida only; no model reads, writes, reviews or scores the instrument in the self-help lane.
- No attorney is involved and no legal advice is given; the reader remains self-represented and elects that before delivery.
- Changes mean re-answering and regenerating; the software does not edit a document a reader already has.
