These terms govern your use of EstateDraftFL, including TrusteeClear when it is used as the integrated successor-trustee and trust-administration layer of the platform.
EstateDraftFL and TrusteeClear are software products operated by LegalDraft Technologies LLC. EstateDraftFL supports Florida estate planning, probate, optional attorney-review, and law-firm workflows. TrusteeClear is intentionally integrated into EstateDraftFL as the successor-trustee and trust-administration product.
LegalDraft Technologies LLC is not a law firm. The platform does not provide legal advice, does not represent you, and does not create an attorney-client relationship by your use of the site.
Public EstateDraftFL and TrusteeClear content is designed for Florida workflows and general legal information. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed Florida attorney about your specific facts.
The platform performs automated legal-document analysis: AI features organize information, surface issues, prepare drafts, run adversarial review passes, and support review workflows. That analysis is automated output — not a professional opinion, not legal advice, and not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. It does not make legal decisions for you; you (or your attorney) review, accept, reject, or revise every output.
The platform functions as a scrivener with modern tooling: the questionnaire asks, you decide, and deterministic templates record your decisions from source-locked Florida law. The software never chooses a disposition for you and never applies the law to your particular circumstances. Automated legal-document analysis occurs (including the deterministic plan checks and the Opposing Counsel Pass™), and its output is information keyed to cited rules — it is not a review of your entries for legal sufficiency, and no one at the platform reviews your answers for legal sufficiency. Whether any document is valid, effective, or enforced is determined by Florida law and, ultimately, by a court — not by the platform. Before your assembled documents finalize for execution, you either complete an independent attorney review or record an informed self-representation election acknowledging these limits.
Optional Florida attorney review may be offered as a separate paid workflow. Unless and until you separately engage a licensed attorney and that attorney agrees to represent or review your matter, no attorney-client relationship is created.
For firm accounts, the law firm and its licensed attorneys remain responsible for legal advice, supervision, professional judgment, client communications, and final approval of any work product delivered to a client.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, deciding whether to seek attorney advice, and completing any required signing, witnessing, notarization, filing, delivery, storage, or other execution steps.
Some features are paid. Prices, included features, optional add-ons, billing terms, and refund terms are presented at checkout or in the applicable firm agreement. Access to paid outputs may depend on successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
Public (self-serve) purchases carry the 60-day money-back guarantee published on the pricing page: if you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchase, email support@estatedraftfl.com and we refund the purchase in full — no questions asked. Firm plans, à-la-carte firm matters, and firm add-ons follow the applicable firm agreement.
You retain ownership of documents and information you provide. You grant LegalDraft Technologies LLC a limited license to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate and secure the platform, provide support, and comply with law.
You may not attempt to access another user's or tenant's data, bypass payment or access controls, attack or disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, misuse AI features, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the platform in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LegalDraft Technologies LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or presented through the platform. Questions may be sent to legal@estatedraftfl.com.
