Status is evaluated against this deployment's configuration by the capability-status service at build time; the catalogue's facts were last reviewed on the date shown.
Capabilities
- ShippedThe estate check lists the people the reader would choose, the documents on hand, time-sensitive signals and the topics to read about; the trustee check lists the people, the documents on hand, urgent signals and the topics for a named trustee.
- ShippedThe result is the reader's own list — no score, no "you need", no recommended document; each topic links its education page, and an urgent signal says plainly that it is a question for a licensed Florida attorney of the reader's choosing.
- ShippedThe list stays in the browser tab and can be printed or cleared; nothing is sent. The estate check's names travel only into the estate-plan questionnaire, where the reader chooses whether to use them.
Limits
- Not legal advice and not an assessment: the checks never say which document anyone needs.
- Closing the tab clears the list, unless it was printed.
