Capabilities
- StagedLink a matter to its matter in the firm's own Clio: a search of the firm's Clio ranked against the matter's names and number with each candidate's reasons shown, the chosen Clio matter read back before the link is kept, one live link per matter and per Clio matter — a wrong-matter mapping cannot be made twice — and an unlink that keeps the record with its reason (master plan Phase 15, M-1505).
- StagedExport an approved, released version's packet to the linked Clio matter: approval-bound (the receipt names the version, its file and the Clio matter), carried by the platform's outbox, one live export per link and version (asking again returns the first), uploaded through Clio's document API and then verified back from Clio by its export mark and completion before it is recorded as a receipt with its SHA-256.
- StagedDisconnecting revokes the firm's authorization at Clio, deletes the stored tokens and cancels every pending export; the links and receipts stay as the matter's record.
Limits
- Dormant until the firm connects its own Clio account; a live round trip needs the firm's credentials, so the audit's Evidence section stays empty until scripts/connector-audit-clio.ts runs at activation.
- Nothing from Clio is written into a matter: the search and the verification read Clio, and the link and the receipt record what was found.
