For Florida law firms
Grounded lane (litigation-class draft/review over SHA-256-pinned public filings)
firm lane · Generative, gated — the model output is the paid, role-gated work product
Current availability
ShippedConfigured and enabled: firm staff; never instruments (gate-pinned).
- Where it lives
- /admin/workspace → Ground
- What unlocks it
- a firm matter activation
Status is evaluated against this deployment's configuration by the capability-status service at build time; the catalogue's facts were last reviewed on the date shown.
Capabilities
- ShippedDraft, review, redline and the Opposing Counsel Pass™ for LITIGATION document classes grounded on SHA-256-pinned public filings of the same class (the federal archive for Florida's districts and the Eleventh Circuit; probate-court classes through reviewed exemplar packs).
- ShippedProvenance on every result (court, case, filed, hash, who filed it), the copy guard and the leakage guard, the citation panel, the decision workstation on redlines.
Limits
- Work product for a licensed attorney's own review — never legal advice to a client and never a substitute for the attorney's judgment.
- Opus 5 by default through the governed gateway (audit row per call, spend brake, the operative-text cage); the direct consumer tenant has no door to it.
- Nothing here files, signs, sends or approves anything; every consequential act is recorded as a firm decision by a person.
- Never instruments: wills, trusts, codicils, powers of attorney and deeds are not public filings and no foundation grounds them (gate-pinned).
- Fails closed without a usable foundation — nothing runs and nothing is charged.
What EstateDraftFL refuses
| Reason code | HTTP | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| forbidden | 403 | The session is not firm staff (or a platform admin); every workspace door answers this before reading any input. |
| matter-not-found | 404 | The matter is not readable in the caller's tenant context (RLS decides; a cross-tenant id reads back nothing). |
| invalid-doc-type | 400 | Only the registry's litigation and probate-court classes ground; instruments never do. |
| matter-facts-required | 400 | The engine grounds on your stated facts plus the foundations. |
| document-required | 400 | Review, redline and the Opposing Counsel Pass™ work on an existing document. |
| lane-not-granted | 402 | The lane grant refused (workstation access, staged price, unconfigured engine — the reason rides in the reply). |
| no-usable-foundation | 422 | No public filing of the class was usable — nothing ran, nothing was charged. |
| similarity-guard | 502 | The output tracked the foundation's language too closely and was refused by the copy guard (after the bounded retries). |
| foundation-pii-guard | 502 | The output carried foundation-identifying names and was refused by the leakage guard (after the bounded retries). |
| engine-refused | 502 | The gateway refused the reply (429 when rate-limited, 503 when unavailable, otherwise 502). |
| input-too-large | 413 | A document exceeds the 400,000-character request envelope — split it. |
| input-over-lane-cap | 413 | The input exceeds the selected engine's token allowance (chars ÷ 3, conservatively) — split it or choose the larger-capacity lane. |
| rate-limited | 429 | Too many AI runs in the window; the reply names the wait. |
| engine-error | 502 | The engine failed mid-run; nothing was delivered and nothing was charged. |
