Outlook add-in (Beneficiary/Creditor Shield)
firm lane · Generative, supporting — model prose for a person to act on
Current availability
ShippedConfigured and enabled: staff session; nothing auto-sends; the compose check runs with no model.
- Where it lives
- /outlook-addin
- What unlocks it
- a staff session
Status is evaluated against this deployment's configuration by the capability-status service at build time; the catalogue's facts were last reviewed on the date shown.
Capabilities
- ShippedBeneficiary/Creditor Shield: the model PROPOSES a class for the open email; a staff member confirms before any deterministic effect files a record.
- ShippedCheck before sending (no model): while a message is written, the pane reads its subject and text for unfilled placeholders, citations missing from the source-locked corpus, and sensitive identifiers Rule 2.425 keeps out of filings — advisory; the send stays with the person, and nothing of the message is kept (master plan Phase 15, M-1502).
Limits
- Nothing auto-sends and nothing auto-files; the proposal is untrusted content until confirmed.
- The compose check reads only the message open in the pane and never changes it.
What EstateDraftFL refuses
| Reason code | HTTP | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| forbidden | 403 | The session is not firm staff (or a platform admin); every workspace door answers this before reading any input. |
| AI is not configured. | 503 | The governed key is absent on this deployment. |
| rate-limited | 429 | Too many AI runs in the window; the reply names the wait. |
| empty | 422 | The message has no subject or text to check. |
