For Florida law firms

Estate-plan brief: the client's instructions, the differences with the firm's playbook and the extracted facts, and the package read against itself

firm lane · Deterministic — no model call

Current availability

ShippedConfigured and enabled: the firm's staff, on a plan whose drafting is unlocked.

Where it lives
/admin/estate-plans/[id] (the firm's estate-plan workstation, before the attorney's decision)
What unlocks it
the attorney reads the client's instructions as the intake recorded them, sees where the client's answers, the firm's playbook and the facts extracted from the matter's documents agree or differ, and sees the current version's documents read against each other

Status is evaluated against this deployment's configuration by the capability-status service at build time; the catalogue's facts were last reviewed on the date shown.

Capabilities

  • ShippedThe matter brief: every intake answer verbatim, grouped — the client, family, who acts in each document (each role naming the answer it comes from; the surrogates from the client's own elections), what passes and how, the Florida home, the elections made in ink, the flags for the attorney — with each required answer missing and each election not made named.
  • ShippedThe differences: the client's answer beside what the matter's documents say (the existing trust's settlor, name, successor trustee, beneficiaries, home, real estate) — a name compared as a name; free text never given a verdict; each extracted fact with its document, its confidence and whether an attorney confirmed it.
  • ShippedThe firm's defaults beside them: each playbook version the current version was given — applied, given to a model draft, or not applied with the reason the check refused it.
  • ShippedThe package's consistency: in every document of the current version, each name the client gave where the intake's mapping puts it (a couples plan's spouse set with the roles reversed) — a missing name named with its document and role; the bracketed blanks each document leaves for signing; how each was drafted; the firm's variants it was given; the laws it relied on.

Limits

  • Read-only: it changes no answer, no fact and no document — the attorney decides what to do with a difference.
  • A name is found as the client wrote it (case, spacing and typographic apostrophes set aside); a document that names a person differently is a finding for the attorney to read, not an error the platform corrects.
  • Free text — beneficiaries, the home, real estate, minors — is shown side by side, never compared by the platform.
  • Extracted facts come only from the matter's documents the firm organized; none on file and unreadable are said apart.
