Capabilities
- Owner-gatedJSON-RPC 2.0 over one POST with one JSON answer (protocol 2025-06-18): initialize, ping, tools, prompts and resources; a key sees only the tools its scopes allow.
- Owner-gatedTools list_matters, get_matter, list_deadlines, list_receipts, get_agenda and list_capabilities read through the same funnel as the REST API — the key's firm, its walls, its allowlist, the honest page.
- Owner-gatedEvery tool result carries the verified-read triple — the provenance ids and their count, the verification status (the weakest of its parts) and as-of; a read that could not be completed returns null with the status unknown, never an empty list.
- Owner-gatedpropose_action files a proposal for the firm's attorneys to decide (record:propose, an idempotency key) — nothing executed, anything beyond a title, a description and requested data stripped and named.
Limits
- No stream and no server-initiated messages; one message per request.
- No tool writes anything but a proposal.
