Capabilities
- ShippedThe findings queue with what each finding needs (a decision, clarification or information) and the review's progress; the finding with its current language struck where the proposal changes it, beside the proposed language; its sources — the document, the page or paragraph its language sits on, the authority it cites — and its supporting passages.
- ShippedApprove edit, Reject or Revise, with the attorney's own revision and a decision note, recorded through the review's decision door (the same gate, conflict check and audit); each decision row now keeps the language it applied.
- ShippedThe Redline: the document marked with every decision (struck and put in place, open, kept as written), the clean draft, and the original with every flagged passage — beside the redlines run in the attorney workspace on the matter.
- ShippedCite Check: every authority the findings cite, checked against the Florida source library as of the matter's operative date, with the findings citing it — beside the workspace's Cite Check runs on the matter.
- ShippedThe Decision record (Decision history): every decision row — who, when, the language applied and the note — the finalization, and every review of the matter, each opening its own findings.
- ShippedFinalize document stays locked until every finding is decided, and says why when finalizing is not the viewer's act; the status bar says the document's approval, the export it grants and where the client delivery stands; the finalized review's draft exports as Word.
Limits
- The findings are the document review's (a review of an uploaded document); the estate plan's review and Opposing Counsel Pass runs keep their home on the estate-plan workstation.
- A page number is shown only where the stored reading of the document's recorded bytes places the language — never guessed.
- Decision rows recorded before 5 October 2026 carry no applied language, and the record says so.
- The export is the working draft's text; the original's formatting stays with the firm's editor of record.

| audit-unavailable | 503 | The export could not be recorded, so nothing was exported. |
