Capabilities
- ShippedA task names what needs doing, an owner from the firm's staff who can open the matter, a target date and a status — Open, Waiting, Planned or Done; checking it off records when and by whom, and reopening it clears both.
- ShippedThe Overview shows the next open tasks; the Tasks tab every task, the finished ones too, beside the client's own steps and the calendar feed.
- ShippedThe firm's own record: a client never reads the team's tasks; a task keeps its matter; a legal hold keeps it; an archived matter's tasks are read-only.
Limits
- A task's owner must be the firm's staff who can open the matter — the client, another firm or a member screened from it is refused.
- The team's target dates are not yet in the calendar feed, which carries the matter's deadlines.
