Florida probate runs through 20 judicial circuits and 67 county clerks, and local practice varies. EstateDraftFL's court-forms engine catalogs each circuit's published local forms — where a circuit publishes fillable sets, members can complete them in the browser; where a circuit publishes static or no local sets, the catalog says so honestly rather than papering over the gap.
