EstateDraftFL does not review, grade, or correct a will, trust, or other document you already have, and does not tell you what is right or wrong with it. That is a judgment a nonlawyer tool may not make. Here is what the platform does instead.

  • Assemble from your answers

    Every Florida document here — will, revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, healthcare directive, HIPAA release, pour-over will, Lady Bird deed — fills its sections with exactly what you write. Nothing is chosen for you.

  • Explain the law generally

    The Learning Center states what Florida statutes provide, in plain language, with the sources. It recommends nothing.

  • Say plainly when it needs a lawyer

    When a question turns on judgment a nonlawyer tool cannot give — a contested homestead, a blended family, a taxable estate, a will already in dispute — the platform says so: that is a question for a licensed Florida attorney of your choosing.

What this platform does not do

  • Read, grade, score, or correct a document you already have.
  • Tell you what is right or wrong with your existing will or trust.
  • Compare two versions and say which one favors you.
  • Answer questions about your own situation in a chat.
