Per-document upgrade — priced at activation
Both engines run the same document independently; the workspace cross-compares deterministically — agreements, divergences with both severity ratings, and each engine's minority findings, never silently resolved. Dual fees are simply the sum of the engines they pair.
Statute and rule citations verify against the source-locked Florida library; case citations are existence-checked when a citator is connected — and anything unverified says so, plainly.
For litigation-class documents, the workspace searches Florida's federal districts and the Eleventh Circuit for real filings of the same document type, shows who filed each one, pins the exact text with a cryptographic hash, and grounds drafting and analysis on their structure — never their words, never their parties. No foundation means no run and no charge.
Every redline becomes a decision list: each proposed change carries its rationale, you accept, reject, or write your own replacement, and the final builds deterministically — clean copy, a marked version, and a real tracked-changes Word file the other side can accept or reject natively.
Engines not yet active on a deployment appear in the workspace disabled, labeled with exactly what activates them — nothing is simulated.
